About the Head of Food Solutions Role:
The Head of Food Solutions is responsible for channel development strategy and promotion, execution and control and distributor management of various brands in Indonesia region offline and online e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop category strategy defining channel roles across all brands
• Develop food service channels (hotel, resto, café, quick service restaurant, school, institutional, etc.) and e-commerce to drive consumption and penetration of the products
• Develop channel and promotion strategies for each channel
• Lead the development of shopper touchpoints and deliver brilliant results in all shopper marketing and in-store elements from POSM
• Develop relevant promotion campaigns or new menus that deliver incremental sales and profit and work with distributor/e-commerce enabler and regional team to implement the campaign to meet its objectives
• Develop insight base (shopper insight) for initiatives including in-store activation, promo pack

To succeed in the Head of Food Solutions role, you should have more than 10 years' Horeca experience

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• More than five years' HORECA experience in B2B and or B2C business
• Understanding of consumer and channel trends
• Familiar with data (Nielsen, shopper insight, consumer insight, sales data) and able to translate it into action
