About the Customer Marketing (Trade Marketing) Lead Role:
You will lead the development of shopper marketing strategies and execution of programmes that drive purchases and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, or customise, programmes that help customers to drive traffic, loyalty, and conversion
• Collaborate with the sales team and brand marketing to identify relevant shopper insights as platforms for customer executions
• Review and approve executional strategies for shopper marketing programmes
• Manage partners and their scope of work to ensure successful execution of shopper marketing programmes achieving forecasted objectives in alignment with the budget

To succeed in this Customer Marketing (Trade Marketing) Lead role, you must have at least five years of experience in trade marketing/shopper marketing

Key Requirements:

• Ability working in teams
• Strong analytical, written and organisational skills; attentive to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum of five years' experience in shopper marketing, experience in FMCG is an advantage
