About the Country Sales Manager (Electrics) Role:
The Country Sales Manager (Electrics) role will drive territory revenue in the responsible countries, and have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long-term success influence phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch the business, meet and exceed ambitious sales revenue goals in Indonesia
- Set up three-year business and marketing plans
- Establish and develop the distribution networks across all key channels
- Manage sales and marcom events
- Specify and implement strategies required to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Fully coordinate and follow up with the country support team regarding end-to-end order management order placement to payment collection and delivery to distributors and customers
- Conduct marketing intelligence activities required for our benchmark and pricing strategy
- Establish network of resellers (POS)
- Drive positive, responsible, team work and professional for a high-performance culture
To be successful in this Country Sales Manager (Electrics) role, you will need to be experienced in sales and export for electrical products, preferably with experience in the retail channel.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- 10 - 15 years of experience in relevant sales and export roles, especially with five or more years of experience in the retail channel
- Solid distributor management experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with distributors, customers, and external partners
- Sales background in electrical products: final distribution, wiring devices and accessories, power distribution, industrial control products
- Demonstrated strong leadership in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of country sales
- Good at processing technical knowledge of low voltage and automation products
- A wide network of contacts in the electrical market (distributors and resellers)
- Experience working in retail-oriented companies in the electrical industry
