About the Sales and Marketing Manager (Home Appliances) Role:
You will be responsible for full P&L, along with responsibility of managing the external and internal stakeholders, overseeing the operations, financial and budget planning and business strategy of company business in respects to business unit, managing profit and loss to meet agreed targets by managing of business unit sales and marketing activities maximise profitability to achieve sales targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve bottom line as well as overall business unit profitability
• Provide leadership and directions in the daily operations of marketing and sales
• Strengthen brand marketing presence and position
• Prospect new business opportunities for respected business unit growth
• Ensure that marketing and sales expenditures are within the budgets in accordance to the brands and ensure that the unit business are operated in a cost-effective manner
• Prepare and establish annual sales targets and plans for each brand for management approval prior to the start of the financial year
• Determine operating and expense budgets for all brands and ensure that such budgets are effectively managed

To succeed in this role, you must have strong understanding of small domestic appliances and distribution in Indonesia.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related degree
• At least five years’ experience in technical goods business
• Proven skills in sales management: selling technical goods, working with stores, negotiating orders, etc.
• Marketing skills: brand management at store level, display, merchandising, product positioning, etc.
• Digital skills: sales to e-commerce, advertising, brand management on digital platforms, etc.
• Strong leadership skills and English fluency is a must
