About the Senior Sales Manager (Paint and Coating Materials) Role:
In this Senior Sales Manager (Paint and Coating Materials) role, you will be responsible for sales and marketing for speciality chemical raw material, as well as maintaining and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer rapport and ensure profitability of the BL
• Prepare quotations and price negotiation with customers
• Formulate and implement business plans to expand the market share
• Review customer requirements and develop business proposals
• Analyse sales records to investigate market trends and other relevant market developments
• Establish local marketing plans and sales team targets
• Coordinate relationships and report to suppliers
• Manage credit and payment issues
• Monitor and manage stock inventories and accounts receivables at agreed levels
• Prepare monthly reports according to business unit requirements
• Liaise with supply chain management to ensure optimal inventory level and on-time delivery

To succeed in this Senior Sales Manager (Paint and Coating Materials) role, you will need to be sales driven with a proven track record of sales for raw materials in the paint and adhesives industry.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in business studies/marketing is preferred
• Other qualifications related to the technical know-how work area (e.g. engineering, chemical, medical devices, etc.) will be considered
• Minimum of five to eight years’ experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing, business development related work, etc.
• Minimum of two to three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
• Excellent analytical skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience having lead sales teams in Indonesia
• Strong track record of business development and sales growth
• Strong leadership skills and results-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal with good presentation skills is preferred
• Beside Bahasa, must have good command of spoken and written English
• Computer savvy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
