About the Sales Director role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting of clients to winning the deal. You will also be managing a pool of existing clients whilst ensuring cross selling and up selling opportunities are being met.
- Develop new business as well as maintain existing accounts
- Strategic planning and formulating action plans for boosting up sales in Indonesia
- Carry out sales and marketing activities
- Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position companies products and services better
- Development of quota objectives and future direction for defined product category
- Prepare and present a business plan
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in cutting tools
- Detail-minded, self-driven and result oriented
- Well-organised, strong analytic & problem solving skills
- Good leadership skill with interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
