Sales Director

As the Sales Director you will own strategy, P&L, product go-to-market, regulatory posture and the cultural agenda. This is a builder role: scale revenue, deepen product adoption across consumers and merchants, and deliver predictable unit economics while keeping customer trust and compliance central.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full P&L and drive profitability improvements, pricing strategy and cost discipline

Define go-to-market and distribution strategies across digital channels, networks and partnerships

Build and sustain a performance-driven culture, ensuring productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Build, coach and scale a high-performance leadership team; instil values of ownership, accountability and customer obsession

Use data and metrics to prioritise initiatives and measure impact; enforce rapid experimentation with rigorous results measurement

Drive innovation in sales processes, leveraging technology, data, and analytic to optimise channel effectiveness.
Key Requirements

10+ years senior leadership experience with P&L ownership; proven track record scaling consumer or retail industries

Data literate and KPI driven; experience running experiments, cohort analysis and unit economics.

Excellent stakeholder management: board, investors, regulators, strategic partners.

Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver growth under demanding and competitive market conditions.

Strong people leadership: hiring, developing and retaining senior talent in a start-up or scale-up environment.

Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding business environment.
