Our client is on the hunt for a high-performing National Sales Lead to spearhead their national sales efforts within the multifinance sector. This pivotal role will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans, managing sales operations across regions, and optimising performance through effective use of data, incentive programs, and strong dealer relationships. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to directly oversee National Sales, MIS, and Incentive Analytics teams, playing a key role in achieving the company's growth and profitability goals.

What you'll do:


As a National Sales Lead, your primary focus will be driving the company's national sales efforts within the multifinance sector. You'll craft strategic sales plans while managing operations across various regions. Your ability to analyse regional trends will be crucial in developing actionable strategies that respond effectively to the competitive landscape. You'll also play a vital role in strengthening dealer relationships while monitoring their performance to meet set objectives. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you drive regional performance through coaching and providing problem-solving support for your teams.


* Establish and implement branch sales strategies to meet volume and profitability targets
* Analyse regional trends and competitive landscape to develop actionable, data-driven regional strategies
* Collaborate with Sales Planning to ensure timely rollout of new car promotions and pricing initiatives
* Strengthen dealer relationships and monitor performance to meet sales and profit objectives
* Drive regional performance through coaching, motivation, and problem-solving support for sales teams
* Develop plans to expand sales coverage and capture untapped market opportunities
* Manage overall sales performance, including P&L by product, region, sales channel, and dealer
* Oversee MIS and Incentive Analytics to track KPIs, assess effectiveness of sales programs, and optimise incentive schemes
* Monitor competitor activities and align internal programs to stay competitive in the market
* Contribute to company setup, including infrastructure, policies, product design, and sales processes


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this National Sales Lead position brings a wealth of experience in financial product sales or automotive financing. With at least five years under your belt in these fields or financial analysis, you've proven your ability to manage both retail and wholesale financing models. Your strong understanding of regional market dynamics coupled with your excellent English communication skills make you an asset in any sales management role. Your leadership and team management capabilities will be key in driving the success of our client's national sales efforts.


* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in financial product sales, automotive sales/financing or financial analysis
* Proven experience managing retail and wholesale financing models
* Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and sales management practices
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities
