Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a passion for the biotechnology industry in stem cell and cosmetics sectors. What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's operations in Indonesia. You will be responsible for leading B2B sales in both the stem cell business and cosmetics sector. Your excellent strategic planning skills will enable you to create effective action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key in establishing long-term partnerships with major medical and industrial customers. Working closely with an innovative R&D team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new stem cell projects.

  • Lead B2B sales and partnerships with hospitals and clinics conducting stem cell therapy
  • Create effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets and expand market presence
  • Establish strategies and long-term relationships with major medical and industrial customers
  • Collaborate closely with the R&D team on assessing opportunities and developing stem cell projects
  • Manage sales and supply of cosmetic products containing biological origin ingredients such as EGF, exosome, growth factors etc.
  • Oversee sales of cosmetics with a concept of producing a large variety of small quantities and customized cosmetics production for clinics and small & mid retailers

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in B2B sales, particularly within the Aesthetic Clinic Business. Your fluency in either English or Korean, coupled with your excellent communication skills, will enable you to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues alike. With at least 7 years' experience in the B2B Sales field, you are well-versed in navigating the complexities of this industry. Your knowledge of the stem cell business in Indonesia would be highly advantageous. A bachelor's degree in biology, biotechnology, or a relevant field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and Aesthetic Clinic Business (Stem cell sales experience is preferred)
  • Fluency in English or Korean (one of two language is required)
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B Sales field
  • Experience in stem cell business in Indonesia is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biotechnology, or relevant degree is preferred
