A Associate - Commercial/M&A job has become available in the commercial team of an industry-leading oil and gas business in Indonesia. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role is based at their local headquarters in Jakarta.

About the Associate - Commercial/M&A Role:
In this role, you will manage a wide range of responsibilities may including drafting and representing internal proposals for approval by the organisation’s investment committee and board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse market trends
• Negotiate, structure, and complete documentations for both internal and external stakeholders
• Manage data analysis, providing insights and direction
• Manage financial modelling, due diligence, and valuations

The successful Associate - Commercial/M&A has a financial degree with a background in either consulting, investment banking or private equity.

Key Requirements:

• Degree qualified with an MBA or CFA, preferred
• Minimum of five years' relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to review data to understand market trends
• Strong background in financial modelling and due diligence
• Fluent languages skills in both English and Indonesian Bahasa
