An innovative global information and communications technology company providing solutions for cloud, network and security services is looking to hire Sales Director based in Jakarta.
About the Sales Director role:
In this role, you will be responsible to lead the sales division by developing and implementing divisional sales strategy, structure and business plans to achieve sales growth, profitability, financial targets, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain business relationships with premium accounts, customers, internal
divisions and affiliates to drive premium account sales and increase market share in targeted
- Drive the development of industry/segment specific solutions and monitors account
servicing and sales administration activities in the division
- Define and align the sales strategy to company services, solutions and offerings (including new growth initiatives and new business directions
- Coach team members within their roles performance and on specific deal
- Develop and set in place results-oriented sales initiatives and sales plans with the sales team to drive top line business growth in accordance with set financial targets and go to market strategies
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrable experience leading and closing sales of complex multi-tower ICT solution sales.
Key requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in complex ICT sales and business development at mid-cap and multinational firms; with at least 4 years in a sales team senior leadership role
- Experience in working with Solution Sales teams and subject matter experts across multiple
ICT disciplines at the enterprise and multinational business level, for example ICT infrastructure platforms and services, managed services, enterprise infrastructure design, middle ware software solution and database technologies, data storage, data protection, backup and restore, and network management
- Diverse market (APAC) knowledge across various industries
- High level of communication skills (both written and oral)
- Possess good analytic and interpersonal qualities
- Based in Jakarta but willing to travel extensively in the region and cross Asia
