A global technology company is looking for a Head of Retail (Low Voltage Electrical) to manage and expand its retail channel operations across Indonesia.

About the Head of Retail Role:

Reporting to the National Sales and Channel Manager, the Head of Retail (Low Voltage Electrical) will be responsible for defining and executing the retail channel strategy, driving brand visibility, and enhancing end-customer experience through effective retail management and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage national retail operations, channel partners, and distribution networks

• Implement strategies to increase retail footprint and market coverage

• Work with marketing and sales to develop retail activation campaigns and experience programs

• Drive performance of dealers and distributors through training and engagement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with global brand guidelines and retail standards

What we’re looking for:

A driven and customer-oriented Head of Retail (Low Voltage Electrical) you will come with experience in technology or industrial products, who can translate brand goals into strong retail performance and channel success.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in retail, distribution, or channel management, preferably in electronics

• Proven leadership in managing retail strategy and dealer performance

• Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B2C sales models

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
