What you'll do:
As Head of Sales – Air and Ocean Logistics based in Jakarta, you will be entrusted with steering a dynamic field sales team towards achieving outstanding results. - Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to Air & Ocean products, focusing on driving new business acquisition as well as strengthening long-term strategic customer relationships.
- Coach, train, and mentor sales staff regularly to uplift their capabilities, instil disciplined solution-selling approaches, and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
- Oversee all aspects of pipeline management, including accurate forecasting and performance reporting, with meticulous attention to data accuracy and transparency.
- Build collaborative relationships with product development, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services that exceed client expectations.
- Drive customer visits, lead negotiations, deliver impactful presentations, and craft compelling solution proposals for key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement structured sales processes and establish clear KPIs designed to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall profitability within the sales function.
