This Jakarta-based role will focus on expanding opportunities within geothermal, carbon capture (CCUS), and hydrogen-related projects, working closely with the Head of Commercial to support long-term regional growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical sales efforts for geothermal, CCUS, and hydrogen solutions across Southeast Asia.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, EPC firms, industrial decarbonisation projects, and public-sector stakeholders.

  • Provide technical presentations, feasibility inputs, system configurations, and solution recommendations tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with internal engineering, R&D, and commercial teams to prepare proposals, tenders, specifications, and techno-commercial documentation.

  • Support project discussions from concept through FEED, ensuring proposed solutions meet operational, regulatory, and safety standards.

  • Monitor regional policy developments and market drivers in geothermal and low-carbon technologies to inform strategy and product positioning.

  • Build relationships with government agencies, energy associations, consulting groups, and strategic partners to strengthen market visibility.

  • Participate in industry events and technical forums to represent company capabilities and generate new leads.

  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and market intelligence to the Head of Commercial to support strategic decision-making.

What You Bring

  • Strong technical sales foundation with experience in geothermal, CCUS, hydrogen, or broader new-energy technologies.

  • Proven background in technical sales, engineering, or project development within the energy transition or renewable energy sector.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial value propositions for clients and partners.

  • Experience working with EPCs, consultants, developers, and industrial end-users across Southeast Asia.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to work effectively with regional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support feasibility studies, cost comparisons, and solution optimisation.

  • Comfortable representing the organisation externally at events and in technical discussions.

  • A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
