What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Country Sales Representative position brings a wealth of experience from the industrial automation sector along with robust technical qualifications. Your background includes hands-on involvement with sensor technologies or related fields where your ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions has been proven invaluable. Y

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Industrial or related field) demonstrating foundational technical knowledge relevant to industrial automation.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience for Assistant Sales Manager level or 6-8 years for Sales Manager level within industrial automation or technical sales environments.
  • Proven expertise in industrial sensors, machine safety systems, or automation solutions enabling you to provide reliable technical consultation.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets through responsible relationship-building practices.
  • Excellent communication skills allowing you to present complex information clearly during negotiations or product demonstrations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities that foster trustful connections with customers as well as collaborative teamwork internally.
  • Experience using CRM tools for effective pipeline management ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or industry events reflecting your commitment to responsive customer service.
