What you'll do:

As a Senior Sales Manager (Food Coloring), your role will be central in propelling the expansion of the business. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised as you create strategic sales plans that harmonise with the company's overarching objectives. You will supervise channel partner performance, ensuring sales activities are synchronised with schedules and achieve set targets. Your interpersonal skills will be highlighted as you foster customer relationships within your designated region, while also exploring opportunities to cultivate new accounts. Staying informed on customer and competitor activities will be vital, as well as maintaining current customer information. You will negotiate pricing agreements within established guidelines and oversee aspects like credit, pricing, and rebates. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of both internal and external customer presentations. Lastly, you will implement promotional schemes customised for channel partners to boost sales engagement.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Sales Manager (Food Coloring) position brings a wealth of experience in functional/technical sales within the B2B field for the food and beverage industry, preferably in the food colouring sector. You have a university degree in Science/Food/Business or equivalent and relevant industry experience in food-related industries. Your understanding of key elements of Channel partner strategy including promotions/schemes is essential, as well as your demonstrated ability to generate new business. You possess a strong sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach, coupled with self-motivation, independence, and a strong sense of maturity. Your negotiation and communication skills are top-notch, particularly when interacting with customers and stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; local language proficiency is desirable.

  • Minimum 10 years of functional/technical sales experience within B2B field for the food and beverage industry, preferably in the food colouring sector.
