Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager with a focus on Corporate Training and Certification. This role offers the opportunity to manage a prestigious training school, engage in business development with companies to sell trainings, and oversee targets and P&L. The successful candidate will be responsible for training prior to certification, managing the training management system, ensuring safety, and developing soft skills

What you'll do:

As a Sales and Business Development Manager focusing on Corporate Training and Certification, you will play a pivotal role in managing a prestigious training academy. Your responsibilities will include engaging in business development activities with companies to sell trainings, managing targets and P&L, providing training prior to certification, managing the training management system, ensuring safety during training sessions, and developing soft skills among participants. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

  • Manage the training academy, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and compliance
  • Engage in business development activities with companies to sell trainings
  • Manage targets and P&L, ensuring financial stability and growth
  • Provide training prior to certification, ensuring all participants are well-prepared
  • Manage the training management system, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency
