An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Ground Manager in OTA / Hotel Chain sectorr with a strong background in portfolio acquisition and management within the Online Travel Agency (OTA) and hospitality industries.

What you'll do:

As a Ground Manager you will be at the key of driving the property and portfolio acquisiton base on area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property acquisition, portfolio management, and operations excellence, combined with a proven ability to drive growth, optimize demand, and ensure smooth property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand and Supply Generation: Implement strategies to balance and optimize demand and supply in line with business goals.
  • Property Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new properties and expand the company’s portfolio, building strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
  • Growth Management: Drive the growth of the portfolio by managing property relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and increasing revenue generation.
  • Property Management: Oversee day-to-day property management operations, ensuring optimal performance, smooth processes, and a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Operations Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency by managing processes and ensuring consistent quality and performance across the portfolio.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align strategies and drive success across the portfolio.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the OTA industry, particularly in a portfolio acquisition role.
  • Proven experience in portfolio management, property management, and operations within the hospitality sector.
  • Additional experience in hospitality operations or property management is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify opportunities for property acquisition and growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to work with property owners, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and ensure consistent operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
