What you'll do:

As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for leading the company's growth initiatives within various sectors. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your understanding of the market to develop strategies that enhance our competitive edge and increase our market share. Your responsibilities will also include managing corporate customers and developing new business while ensuring the delivery of the company's short and long-term plans.

  • Retain and penetrate MNC accounts in Technology, Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, SPL etc by developing a strong sophisticated sales and account management team
  • Lead the business development (sales), marketing to generate an annual turnover for Contract Logistics
  • Management of Corporate Customers and Development of New Business
  • Ensure delivery of the company’s short and long term plans through effective planning, organising, and directing of the individual sales team
  • Ensure profitable growth and development of the targeted Customers
  • Support the Country in Business Development strategy and Implementation

What you bring:

As the Head of Business Development, you bring a solid understanding of Logistics Supply Chain or 3rd party Logistics. You have demonstrated experience in leading sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. Your experience in managing key customer relationships has resulted in high levels of customer satisfaction. You are adept at planning, organising, and directing an efficient function. You have a knack for developing IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitoring individual performance.

  • Solid understanding in Logistics Supply Chain or 3rd party Logistics
  • Experience in leading sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
  • Experience in managing key customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective function
