What you'll do:

As a Regional Business Group Head (Automotive), you will be at the forefront of our client's operations in the Asia Pacific region. Your role will involve leading brand activities, from product planning to sales operations, marketing, and enhancing customer experience initiatives. You will be instrumental in developing and positioning the brand in the luxury automotive market through innovative strategies. What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Regional Business Group Head (Automotive) role brings a wealth of experience from leading luxury automotive brands. With a minimum of 15 years' experience under your belt, you have a proven track record in managing business development, sales, and brand management on a regional or global scale. Your deep understanding of the luxury automotive markets in Asia Pacific countries sets you apart as does your expertise in brand positioning and customer management. A strong leader, you are adept at guiding teams towards achieving business objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields; Master's degree in Business/Marketing is preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in leading and managing luxury automotive brands
  • Proven track record in managing business development, sales, and brand management for luxury automotive brands on a regional or Global Scale
  • Strong industry knowledge of the luxury automotive markets, brand positioning and customer management in Asia Pacific Countries
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Willing to be stationed in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Willing to travel
