What you'll do:

As a Corporate Private Hospital Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's medical business strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to develop selling activities through frequent customer visits, product presentations, and demos. You will also be tasked with exploring new channel partnerships to optimise account performance. Additionally, you will provide expert product advice across the entire portfolio during the sales process, before and after installation. This role requires a keen understanding of hospital/healthcare group purchasing practices.

  • Develop plans, strategies, and KPIs to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor products and activities
  • Review customer activity, anticipate customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with all sales managers and teams to deliver on company strategy and tactics
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain product value

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Corporate Private Hospital Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the medical device industry or hospitals role with related product application knowledge.
