What you'll do:
As the Commercial Director (Building Materials), you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and managing both retail and project sales activities. You will play a key role in developing the decorative roofing business and understanding the Indonesian roofing market to create strategies that open new opportunities. Your role will also involve driving executions for strategic accounts and customer value propositions. Additionally, you will manage a team of 15 people, including 5 direct reports.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Director (Building Materials) position brings over 15 years of strong commercial experience with a proven track record of success. Experience in the building material sector is essential, particularly if it involves decorative paints, ceramics, marbles or roofing. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required, while a Master's degree in business management would be advantageous.
