What you'll do:

As a Channel Manager, your role will be integral in driving sales through distributor channels. You will be responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with our distributors, serving as their trusted advisor and business partner. Your excellent negotiation skills will be crucial in securing contracts and agreements with channel partners. You will also monitor distributor performance, providing ongoing support to ensure they achieve their sales goals. Regularly conducting training sessions, you will equip distributors with comprehensive product knowledge. By analyzing market trends, you will identify new business opportunities for our distributors. Your role also involves preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals. Ensuring post-sales support is provided to both distributors and their customers will also fall under your remit.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this position brings a wealth of experience from the medical device industry. With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets through effective channel management. Your deep understanding of the medical device industry and distribution landscape in Indonesia sets you apart from others. Your excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, as is the ability to travel periodically within Indonesia.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in a channel management role within the medical device industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through effective channel management
  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry and distribution landscape in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
