What you'll do:

As a Business Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth in Jakarta. You will be tasked with defining sales strategies, identifying new projects, evaluating growth opportunities, planning sales budgets, and collaborating with internal teams. Your ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to strengthen existing customer relationships while developing new client networks. Your role will also involve defining product strategies that align with the company's overall goals. You will conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Furthermore, you will champion sustainability initiatives that align with the company's goals for positive environmental and social impact.

  • Develop and execute project sales strategies to increase market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new projects, evaluate growth opportunities, and plan sales budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies across different regions and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, industry associations, and private sector clients.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen existing customer relationships and develop new client networks.
  • Define and implement product strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Drive market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives, aligning them with the company’s goals to create positive environmental and social impact.
  • Lead strategic projects that improve sales processes, product offerings, and market positioning.
  • Maintain a comprehensive reporting system to support strategic and operational decision-making.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager position brings a wealth of experience in project-based sales or business development within the medical devices or healthcare technology sectors. You have a proven track record in sales of medical devices or healthcare solutions, ideally at an international level. Your proficiency in English and skills in Microsoft Office Suite and business software such as SAP and SFDC will be essential for this role. A strong understanding of OR-integration workflows, video & audio transmission, and documentation processes is required. Basic knowledge of IT networking and OR integration technologies would be advantageous.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology, IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in project-based sales, business development or product management in medical devices or healthcare technology.
  • Proven experience in sales of medical devices or healthcare solutions at an international level.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and business software (SAP, SFDC).
  • Strong understanding of OR-integration workflows, video & audio transmission, documentation processes.
  • Basic knowledge of IT networking and OR integration technologies.
