The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline and closing ratio of opportunities, overseeing team achievements on a daily basis, and ensuring the development of the team's skills and personal growth. If you are disciplined, structured, and able to navigate through change management, this could be your next career move.

What you'll do:
As the Head of Key Account, your primary role will be to identify and establish top brands across various sectors as customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities and ensuring that these opportunities are converted into successful business partnerships. Your excellent leadership skills will be put to use as you oversee the achievement of your team on a daily basis, monitor their performance against Sales Force reports, and ensure their continuous skill and personal development. You will also enforce reward and punishment within the team to maintain high levels of motivation and productivity.

  • Acquisition of Top Brands (Healthcare, FnB, Beauty,Fashion) and other logistics service providers to ensure long-term business partnerships
  • Oversee team achievement on a day-to-day basis
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and closing ratio of opportunities
  • Monitor team performance regarding Sales Force reports
  • Responsible for the skill and personal development of the team
  • Enforce reward and punishment within the team
  • Ensure all team members are working towards their own KPIs


What you bring:
As an ideal candidate for the Head of Key Account position, you bring along with you a wealth of experience in department management from reputable companies. Your understanding of sales processes coupled with your ability to strategize Business Development initiatives sets you apart from others. You have demonstrated vertical expertise across multiple industries and have proven experience in account development and solution selling.
