What you'll do:

As a Business Development Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing technical and engineering support to distributors and customers. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you develop your assigned sector with the aim of increasing sales revenue. You will implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers within defined regions and sectors. Your interpersonal skills will be essential as you establish contacts with major MRO & OEMs of specified industry fields, providing them with technical support and service. Reporting timely marketing information and competitors’ information to managers will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct product presentations and practical training seminars.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Assistant Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the Engineering/Manufacturing Industry. Your degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering coupled with at least 5 years of experience sets you apart. Your knowledge on rotary and linear bearings, along with basic knowledge in electrical direct drives is essential for this role. A strong interest in sales, project management, customer-oriented mindset with proven sales record is what our client is looking for. Computer literacy is a must-have skill for this role. Your outgoing personality combined with being organized, structured, presentable, professional makes you the perfect fit for this role. Previous exposure into new digitalization concept (Industry 4.0) is a benefit. Good communication in English is required.
