About the Trade Marketing Manager Alcohol (Jakarta Based) Role:

You will be responsible for prestigious alcohol products and lead the development of NPD and shopper marketing strategies that drive purchases and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide input to the project team by considering market maturity, category, customer, shopper and consumer on product features such as (but not limited to) name, size, packaging, shipping case, legal requirement, etc.
• Translate marketing objectives and market strategies into triple wins customer-shopper activity from plan, execution, monitoring, documentation and until review, for all MT, GT and e-commerce channels
• Create, or customise, programmes that help customers to drive traffic, loyalty, and conversion
• Collaborate with the sales team and brand marketing to identify relevant shopper insights as platforms for customer executions
• Review and approve executional strategies for shopper marketing programmes
• Manage partners and their scope of work to ensure successful execution of shopper marketing programmes achieving forecasted objectives in alignment with the budget

To succeed in this Trade Marketing Manager Alcohol (Jakarta Based) role, you must be an independent professional with strong exposure in managing trade marketing for alcohol beverages.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum seven years of experience in trade marketing FMCG
• Strong in HORECA and on-premise activities
