About the Commercial Manager (HVAC) Role:
The Commercial Manager (HVAC) is responsible for generating sales for our building management system, with a focus on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). The successful candidate will develop and grow the commercial HVAC market and network, establish and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, project owners, and other related parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales for the company's building management system, with a focus on HVAC products and solutions
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the commercial HVAC market and grow the customer network
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, project owners, and other stakeholders through regular communication, meetings, and presentations
• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, including product specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
• Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and bids in a timely manner, and negotiate contracts to win new business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and recommend adjustments to sales strategies
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management

To be successful in this Commercial Manager (HVAC) role, you must have 5 - 10 years of experience in selling industrial and/or HVAC products.

Key Requirements:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in sales of industrial and/or HVAC products, with a strong focus on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing customer networks
• Excellent English literacy skills, both written and verbal
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and applications
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, project owners, and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus
• Readiness to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events
