About the Commercial Division Manager (Shrimp) Role:
The Commercial Division Manager (Shrimp) is accountable for developing the commercial consumer products platform, to fully own P&L, manage the local marketing and sales teams, and coordinate local and regional collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and evaluate go-to-market strategies based on data and market insights
• Plan, execute and coordinate commercial activities to promote products
• Evaluate and develop P&L strategies
• Collaborate and give consultations to other business units on national and international factors that may affect a product's performance

To succeed in this Commercial Division Manager (Shrimp), you will need to have a strong commercial background in animal husbandry or feed.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
• 8 - 10 years of significant experience in animal husbandry or feed preferably from an aquaculture background
• Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies in consumer business in Indonesia
• Strong written and communication skills, fluency in English, able to communicate well with regional and global counterparts
• Results-driven, high initiative skills while able to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
