About the Business Development Manager (Healthcare) Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and build business opportunities, provide strategic thinking for outcome-based solutions and drive sales activities, specifically in the healthcare and insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop client relationships and lead marketing engagement with clients in key sectors (e.g. fast-moving consumer goods, food and beverages, retails, travel, transportation, banking, etc.)
- Drive pre-sales activities with existing and potential clients across different verticals
- Understand clients' business challenges, for example in areas of product development, sales, marketing and consumer retention
- Coordinate knowledge sharing and develop talents within internal teams
To succeed in this Business Development Manager (Healthcare) role, you must be comfortable in developing client relationships, drive sales activities, identify business opportunities and provide strategical thinking.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum three - five years of work experience with reputable companies/agencies
- Good understanding of consumer analytics
- Ability to create and work around targets
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, client relationship, project management and team development skills
