About the Business Development (Lean Six) Role:
In conjunction with the business strategy, identify, develop, and implement new opportunities in existing or new markets to grow and develop the business related to Productivity/Continues Improvement related services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the achievement of productivity/continuous improvement related business target
• Develop the capacity and ensure the best performance of the Productivity Team
• Develop and implement business strategy and plans
• Develop the pricing strategy in agreement with the Business Manager
• Participate in the annual budget planning process
• Ensure local implementation of all global plan and strategies
• Ensure local Indonesia operations are in full compliance with global procedures and requirements
• Monitor the market and identify the development of new services and trends; monitor the competition’s product development and activities
• Conduct and review market analysis to determine customer needs, pricing and trends
• Develop and liaise with various industry associations to promote the products/services
• Manage operations to ensure adequate efficiency, productivity and the best quality of execution
• Ensure successful and best level of services is delivered to the clients
• Communicate with customers to maintain optimum customer satisfaction

To succeed in this Business Development (Lean Six) role, you will need Ability to develop strategies and to translate them into pragmatic into action plans.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management and/or Engineering
• Minimum of seven years' experience in business development
• Minimum of seven years' experience as a Project Manager for Productivity
• Experience in the related field is an asset
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, high level of written and verbal English
• Business acumen
• Ability to develop strategies and to translate them into pragmatic into action plans
• Ability to act independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
• Excellent planning, organisational and project management skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Ability to partner effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
• Persuasion and negotiation skills
