About the Market Access Manager role:

In this role, you will develop overall market access and pricing strategy and methodologies for effective health economics and market access activities across all key development and marketed products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and conduct regular pricing reviews & recommend pricing approach
• Collect market and government intelligence; Share insights and implications to commercial team
• Leading high investment project related to broadening by partnering with health authorities (Dinas Kesehatan and BPJS Kesehatan) in numerous area (Kabupaten/Kota)
• Ensuring products are listed in public sector (e-Catalogue) and private insurance/institution, through obtaining internal pricing approval and succeeding in price negotiations
• Managing brand profitability through discount management
• Develop company wide and product specific value communications for marketing, listing and policy shaping purposes
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plan to maintain relationships with national and local level stakeholders

Key requirements include:

• Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of five years' relevant experience from pharmaceutical industry
• Track record of successful reimbursement and funding achievements
• Knowledge of epidemiology, clinical study design and analysis of health care administrative databases including analysis, interpretation and reporting (optional)
• Deep knowledge of the reimbursement/funding policies of Indonesia Fluent in English
