What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager, your primary focus will be on managing and expanding key minimarket accounts. You will be responsible for developing annual business plans and joint strategies with key partners. Your excellent analytical skills will be crucial in monitoring sales performance and ensuring targets are met. You will negotiate trading terms, promotional activities, and in-store visibility while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of account strategies. Identifying growth opportunities and proposing initiatives to maximise market share will also be part of your responsibilities.

  • Manage and grow key minimarket accounts such as Alfamart, Indomaret
  • Develop annual business plans and joint business strategies with key partners
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, ensuring target achievement
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotional activities, and in-store visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of account strategies
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose initiatives to maximise market share

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Key Account Manager role brings a minimum of 5 years' experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector. You have a strong understanding of modern trade dynamics in Indonesia and proven negotiation skills. Your data-driven mindset coupled with your strong analytical and commercial skills make you an asset. Your ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment sets you apart. Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, preferably with exposure to minimarket/NKA channel
  • Strong understanding of modern trade dynamics in Indonesia
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience managing large accounts
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and commercial skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
