What you'll do:
As a Network Development Manager, your role will be central in representing our client's organisation. You'll be responsible for managing relationships with top leaders within their networks. - Act as a primary liaison between the company and key leaders who manage large networks of members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top leaders to support their growth and ensure alignment with company values and strategy.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to leaders to help scale their networks effectively and ethically.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions, leadership workshops, and recognition programs for network leaders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and communication materials to the field.
- Monitor leader and team performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and improvement plans to management.
- Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and leadership retreats to build engagement and loyalty within the network.
- Resolve issues or escalations from the field in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure strategic relevance.
- Helping the company to establish the preventive healthcare product
What you bring:
The ideal Network Development Manager brings proven experience from Multi-Level Marketing or direct selling industries.
