What you'll do:

As a Corporate Account Manager (Water Treatment - Horeca), your primary responsibility will be managing the Corporate Accounts portfolio to exceed growth and budget targets. You will develop customer-specific strategies and foster strong relationships with customers. Your role will involve managing an existing client portfolio, leading customer negotiations and reviews. Working closely with field teams, you will ensure commitment delivery at every Corporate Account. You will also have the opportunity to drive innovation at customer sites with a view to adding value and improving gross margin.

  • Manage the Corporate Accounts portfolio ensuring delivery of objectives in terms of growth and exceeding the budget target.
  • Develop customer specific strategies and strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage portfolio of existing clients, leading customer negotiations and reviews.
  • Work closely with field teams to ensure commitment delivery at every Corporate Account.
  • Drive innovation at Corporate Account customer sites with a view to adding value and improving gross margin.
  • Comply with Global reporting requirements in a timely manner.
  • Follow Corporate protocol and processes for prospecting, structuring deals and gaining approval for final proposal.
  • Develop strong peer networks across field sales, distribution and business support organizations.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Corporate Account Manager (Water Treatment - Horeca) position will bring a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in chemical engineering along with minimum 7 years of experience in a business-to-business field sales environment for water treatment chemicals, filtration or sanitation. You should have experienced sales catering to the fast food or restaurant industry. Fluency in English is required along with strong customer service skills and integrity. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential along with sound commercial business understanding, including financial acumen and analytical ability. Strong problem-solving skills, good organization and planning skills with high attention to detail are also required. You should also have the ability to use technology and analysis tools such as Customer relationship management software, Excel, PowerPoint.
