What you'll do:

As a National Key Account Manager (Minimarket), you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's success in the Modern Trade sector. Your excellent coordination skills will be utilised in planning and analysing activities that support the achievement of retail division targets. You will be responsible for coordinating sales strategies and supporting your team in problem-solving. Your strong negotiation skills will be essential in dealing with customers and evaluating deals. You will also monitor retail division sales to ensure they align with set targets. Your ability to establish good relationships will be crucial in increasing sales volume and securing repeat orders.

  • Plan, analyse and evaluate monthly and yearly activities to support the achievement of retail division targets.
  • Coordinate sales strategies and activities of Key Account Managers, providing problem-solving support to the team.
  • Monitor, negotiate and deal with customers, analysing and evaluating deals with customer approval.
  • Analyse and evaluate retail division sales to ensure alignment with management-set targets.
  • Coordinate and supervise retail team regarding initial planning implementation, store stock, warehouse stock, ongoing promotions, and discuss existing issues in stores to ensure sales processes align with SOPs.
  • Establish good relationships with customers to increase sales volume and repeat orders.
  • Identify, analyse, provide recommendations, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure resolution of branch issues.
  • Regularly report on KAM activities and target achievements.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the National Key Account Manager position brings a wealth of experience in retail sales. With at least 10 years under your belt, you have established connections within national scale minimarket retail companies. Your previous experience handling major players like Indomaret and Alfamart sets you apart from others. Your proficiency in MS Office aids you in managing tasks efficiently while your strong negotiation skills enable you to secure beneficial deals for the company. Your excellent selling skills are key to driving sales growth.

  • At least 10 years of experience in retail sales
