Key Skills: Key Account Management, Sales, Stakeholder Management, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Beauty and Health Channel Our client is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Senior Key Account Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage key accounts specifically to Health and Beauty channels.

The successful candidate will have a background in Personal Care or Beauty industry and will be responsible for driving sales. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, as you will be liaising with internal and other high-level stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will lead a team of around three Key Account Managers.

  • Manage key accounts within the Health and Beauty channels
  • Drive sales, especially focusing on sell-in
  • Lead a team of around three Key Account Managers

What you'll do:

As a Senior Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing key accounts. You will develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales performance across sell-in channels. Your strong stakeholder management skills will be crucial in managing relationships with high-level stakeholders. Leading a team of around three Key Account Managers, you will provide guidance and mentorship to ensure their success. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will provide regular updates on sales performance and account management strategies. Working collaboratively with peers across various sectors, you will contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

  • Develop and implement effective key account strategies
  • Manage relationships with high-level stakeholders internally & externally
  • Drive sales performance to achieve the key deliverables
  • Supervise, lead, mentor, and develop the Key Account Managers

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Key Account Manager role brings proven experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector. You have demonstrated your ability to drive sales performance channels, especially Health and Beauty. Your excellent stakeholder management skills have been honed through experience liaising with high-level stakeholders. You have experience leading and mentoring a team, and are able to report on sales performance and account management strategies effectively. Your ability to work collaboratively with peers across various sectors will be key to your success in this role.

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales or Marketing or related field
  • Proven minimum 10 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector, especially Health and Beauty channels
  • Strong ability to drive sales performance channels
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience liaising with high-level stakeholders
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team
