About the Channel Sales Manager (Electrical) Role: Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for sell-in/sell-out, developing new partnership and growing the business in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth
Contribute to gross margin enhancement by optimising the product mix
Cultivate and manage partnerships with a keen focus on sustainability
Build and manage an inside sales team of 10 - 15 retail account managers to drive sales growth
Collaborate on annual strategic planning, with a particular emphasis on aligning the sales strategy with marketing and finance
Contribute to the 2025 roadmap through close coordination with the marketing team
Achieve an 80% customer satisfaction rate by addressing key points in the customer journey approach
Demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's products and projects to effectively promote and deliver them to the market
Gain in-depth knowledge of retailers, market dynamics, and competition to make informed sales decisions and strategies
To succeed in this Channel Sales Manager (Electrical) role, you must have strong sales experience and network within commercial, retail and project sector.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a reputable university
10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with at least five years in a related role within the same industry
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced capabilities
Highly proactive with excellent organisational and planning skills
Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and market dynamics
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in translating goals into actionable plans
Strong project and functional team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong leadership skills
