About the Solution Partner Manager (Data Centre Equipment) Role: You will need to be adept at understanding customer environments and matching them with the company's solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute market research into Channel business opportunities, maximising future Channel business prospects, and partnering with the Channel Director for short and long-range business plans for managed partners
Manage the execution of business plans through consultation and collaboration with key stakeholders, building understanding of partnerships by educating key stakeholders
Identify initiatives to grow Channel partnership base by understanding vertical markets in the region, with a focus on recruiting, certifying, and enabling partners as per the company's Partner Programme
Conduct regular business planning, budgeting, and reviews with the various personnel within the partner organisation, including the senior management team
Communicate and deliver the company's Business Proposition for managed partners, keeping key decision-makers motivated to enhance investment and resources focused on the company's Business growth
Develop and grow the sales funnel through partners, implementing rules of engagement and managing conflicts fairly
Support partners on sales funnel closures with select customers through collaboration with the vertical manager and customer account manager
To succeed in this Solution Partner Manager (Data Centre Equipment) role, you must have strong problem solving skill and able to connect the dots in order to deliver solution to the client.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of five years' experience in account/partner management, preferably managing key account management
Proven track record in sales business planning
High level of commercial acumen
High level of interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Readiness to be based in Jakarta and travel domestically
