About the Account Director Role: The Account Director is responsible to provide day-to-day clients strategic recommendations and ensures seamless delivery to meet clients' scope of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with client and extended teams
Inquisitive about responding to client requests and making agency recommendations
Build and handle the team
Engage in meaningful discussions with clients and partners to take actions to improve the business
Proactively learn about the category/industry and the brand/products in order to become a trusted resource in both internal and client conversations
Manage multiple projects from start to finish with an eye towards ensuring strategy and creative integrity is carried through execution
Oversee and navigate the team on all aspects of execution of projects
Work closely with Strategy, Creative and Broadcast/Digital Production to create a plan on managing projects and strives for flawless execution
Support planners and creative teams with what’s needed to develop and nurture ideas throughout the process
Champion the agency perspective and is persuasive and articulate when communicating work and ideas
To succeed in this Account Director role, you must be comfortable in maintaining strong partnerships with clients, engage with plans to improve businesses and navigate a team.
Key Requirements:
Experience as Account with Agency background
Fluency in English and Bahasa
Capable of leading a medium sized team
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
Understand client needs
