About the Key Account Manager Role: The Key Account Manager's role involves overseeing crucial business partners, cultivating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and devising a distribution strategy to achieve the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing key accounts or channels (minimarket) for the brand distributions
Overseeing negotiations pertaining to trade terms and various business facets such as promotions, purchase orders, delivery logistics, and store opening initiatives
Developing and executing speed-to-market strategy to expand distribution and foster business growth
Monitoring, analysing, and tracking sales trends across products, channels, and customer segments to maximise sales opportunities and achieve desired results
Monitoring outstanding debts, delayed deductions, competitor actions, price fluctuations, and inventory levels at both retail stores and distribution centres
To excel in this position of Key Account Manager, you must be comfortable with dealing with diverse clients, overseeing numerous stakeholders, and formulating strategic plans.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or related fields
Minimum of six years’ experience in account management, preferably coming from FMCG/personal care background
Good analytical thinking, leadership and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both written and verbal English
