About the GM Corporate Sales Role:
Reporting to the COO in Jakarta, you will lead the developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Create and communicate sales goals and ensure the Country Director is informed on the progress of those goals
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
• Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets

To succeed in this Head of GM Corporate Sales role, you will need to effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of experience at the same level coming from a big transportation/FMCG/hospitality/logistics company with a proven sales track record
• Demonstrated experience as a head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish; excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
