Account Director

About the Account Director Role:
The Account Director (Oil and Gas) implements business development and sales strategies and targets, develops long-term relationships with clients' top management by promoting the company's technology and country capabilities and reputation with the objective to enhance sales and the products and services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieves sales objectives by managing a medium size portfolio of clients and selling group services/products
• Determines clients’ needs and priorities with the objective of developing sustainable relationships with new and existing clients, throughout the life cycle
• Consolidates knowledge on the market, clients and technologies in order to maximise the commercial impact and the added value for the client
• Develops top customer management and regulator (decision maker) network
• Develops and proposes country specific strategy to maintain and sustain company position within Indonesia
• Supports the General Manager on P&L management with pre-decision proposition on action/correction required to sustain objectives and results
• Shall show the core influence of leader in HSE work through demonstration effect, efficient two-way communication with employees, sufficient concern, the timely for achievements, the active participation in various activities and etc., to create a culture and atmosphere within the company that everyone must comply to the Code of Business Conduct and Core Values

To be successful in this Account Director (Oil and Gas) role, you will need to hold a vast network to Indonesia's oil and gas companies.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering from a reputable university
• Master’s degree is an advantage
• 10 years’ experience in management in the Indonesian oil and gas industries
• Network within Indonesia oil and gas companies and regulator is a must
• Full knowledge and working understanding of BP Migas PTK- 007 Revisi IV or any prevailing revision hereafter
• Technical/product/application understanding
• Knowledge of drilling/completion operations
• Strong customer interface skills
• Deal with complex customer commercial situations
• Good leadership skills and the ability to develop team
• Budgeting preparation, P&L management
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, public speaking, listening, and presentation skills)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organisation and various cross-functions
• Readiness to travel outside Jakarta
