About the Food and Beverage Sales Manager (Shopping Malls) Role:
Based in Jakarta, you are responsible for managing all F&B tenants and delivering an excellent customer experience, including implement all sales activities and maximise business opportunities in your specific area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Have comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all the outlets unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies and those of the competition
• Work closely with the leasing department as the point of contact for all F&B tenants to promote sales, special events, and occasions
• Source F&B concepts for for retail leasing and joint ventures
• Manage marketing/PR for F&B in retail properties in order to improve revenues and customer base
• Collaborate with F&B tenants to improve sales and exceed targets
• Provide inputs to F&B operations tenants (including tenants) on improving menu, customer service, etc.

To succeed in this Food and Beverage Sales Manager (Shopping Malls) job, you need to have strong experience working in F&B retail.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess a diploma or bachelor's degree of hospitality, food service management or related field
• Excellent in English
• 10 years of work experience with an excellent network in the F&B industry, excellent network in media, in food and beverage management and marketing
• Required skills: exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding leadership and team building skills, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Creative, proactive, commercial minded and mature
