Exciting Key Account Manager job has become available in the FMCG industry, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
About the Key Account Manager role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Key Account Manager will play a key role in the Sales team's continued development and success in the Jakarta office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing productive long-term relationships with customers
- Creating long-term strategies with the clients
- Closely cooperating with other departments involved with your accounts
- Develop plans to build-up weighted distribution in each region/city/or town in coordination with local Distributor's management
- Initiate & develop annual marketing plans as per the strategy and guidelines set
- Coordinate with respective distributors with aim to continuously improve share of shelf vs. competitors and to amplify impact of product visibility on customers
- MUST have bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent with a minimum of three to five years of Marketing/Sales experience
- Business & financial acumen – can understand and read a P&L, can structure and close profitable deals
- Understands financial drivers and how to leverage them in the deal development and closing process
- Strong business sense & have good understanding of the markets, customers, and competitors
- Strong written & communication skills – can develop effective and concise written proposals, presentations and executive summaries
- Result driven, self-motivated, tactful with excellent interpersonal & communication skills while able to work under pressure and be multi-tasking
