A leading national supply chain company is seeking an Inventory Manager (3PL) based in Cibitung, Indonesia to join their team. In this Inventory Manager job, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and supervising all activities related to inventory to ensure stock accuracy and also initiate continuous improvement projects.

About the Inventory Manager (3PL) Role:
Reporting to the GM of Warehouse and Operations , you will be in charge of managing the inventory of the company. As the Inventory Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring routine inventory takes and monitor stock accuracy, expired products, damage goods so as to optimise the capacity of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the standard operating procedure (SOP) in Inventory department so that the inventory process goes with the existing standard
• Ensure the 'cycle count' and 'stock take' process operate well
• Coordinate with warehouse operation department
• Plan, monitor, and guarantee the achievement the KPIs: location accuracy, SKU accuracy, quantity and line accuracy
• Make reports and analyse all operational activities within the inventory department

To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of production processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any reputable universities
• Minimum of five years of experience as an Inventory Manager
• Commanding leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Stunning interpersonal skills
• Able to apply and master inventory management and operational processes
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate in English
• Have a thorough approach in identifying warehouse process that might cause stock discrepancy
