What you'll do:

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing every aspect of inventory management—from monitoring stock levels of raw materials to ensuring packaging materials are always available for production. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analysing inventory trends to optimise resources, coordinating with warehouse staff for efficient goods receipt processes, preparing delivery schedules that meet customer expectations, and aligning supply availability with marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of supply chain transactions through diligent documentation practices. By leveraging your expertise in managing fast- and slow-moving items as well as addressing obsolete stock issues, you will contribute significantly to the organisation’s ability to deliver high-quality products on time while upholding rigorous quality standards.

  • Monitor and control stock levels of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure sufficient inventory for both production and distribution needs.
  • Closely oversee expiration dates of all materials to prevent product spoilage and maintain compliance with stringent quality standards.
  • Analyse inventory data to manage fast-moving and slow-moving items, address stock ageing issues, and identify obsolete products for optimal resource utilisation.
