Our client is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Process Lead for the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process across the APAC region. What you'll do:
As the Senior Supply Chain Lead Process APAC, your role will be instrumental in driving the continuous improvement of supply chain processes. You will act as the regional expert for supply chain processes in NAV/BC, BI, and SAC. Your responsibilities will include providing training and support for these processes in ERP systems. You will work closely with Operations Managers and Supply Chain Managers across APAC countries to address operational constraints. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you develop reporting suites and dashboards to monitor operational performance. You will also oversee operational planning and execution while implementing a continuous improvement approach.
- Act as the Regional Process Expert for supply chain processes in NAV/BC, BI, and SAC.
- Provide training and support for supply chain processes and their application in ERP systems.
- Support Operations Managers, Supply Chain Managers in APAC countries to address operational constraints.
- Develop and maintain reporting suites and dashboards to monitor and improve operational performance.
- Analyze end-to-end performance KPIs, identify trends, investigate root causes, and recommend improvements.
- Oversee operational planning and execution, implementing a continuous improvement approach for relevant processes, policies, and systems.
- Monitor ERP system performance and collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Service, and IT to identify and implement system enhancement initiatives.
- Optimize supply chain processes including demand planning, sales and operations planning (S&OP), global freight management, warehousing, and local distribution.

You will have a proven track record in implementing and improving supply chain processes, particularly in O2C and demand planning. Your ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation will be crucial in this role. Strong interpersonal skills are required for effective cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, process management or ERP system support.
- Proven track record in implementing and improving supply chain processes.
- Cross-functional project and program management experience delivering on quality, cost and time.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with evidence of cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong communication skills to understand, explain and drive complex topics.
- Proven operational and continuous improvement experience with a focus on productivity.
- Knowledge of SAP and other operational systems is an advantage.
