A recognised global leader in the pharmaceutical industry is in the midst of growing their operations and is actively recruiting a Head of Customer Services to be based in Jakarta.
About the Head of Customer Services role:
Reporting to the Operation Director, you will provide leadership to ensure customer satisfaction through the effective management of the customer service function
- Supervises/monitor the day-to-day activities of the customer service staff
- Prepares budget recommendations. Implements cost controls to ensure budget parameters are not exceeded
- Monitors unit activities for compliance to business procedures and work flows
- Surveys the customer base to measure customer satisfaction relating to the sales process, product pricing, quality and support
- Advises management of changing needs of customer base and recommends process changes to accommodate customer requirements
- Responds to and resolves complex customer complaints
The successful Head of Customer Services will have strong supply chain in the FMCG industry with a minimum of fifteen years' working experience
- Min Bachelor degree, preferably major in Industrial Engineering
- Having experience and expert in Logistic and Planning
- Minimum ten years of working experience in Marketing, Logistics or planning discipline
- Experience in FMCG industry would be highly valuable
- Sound business insight and wide functional experience;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
