What you'll do:

- Evaluate new technologies, procedures, and standards in collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams to enhance maintenance effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent application of best maintenance practices by sharing knowledge and updating technical documentation such as specifications, procedures, processes, and drawings.
- Identify deviations from established standards through systematic analysis of critical assets, proposing corrective actions to improve reliability and availability.
- Support the assembly and start-up of new installations by working closely with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Human Resources teams.
- Oversee the execution of energy management plans to optimise energy usage while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead negotiations for technical services contracts to balance reliability, quality, cost efficiency, and adherence to agreed terms.
- Manage the availability and execution of master plans addressing mid- and long-term critical issues within the area of responsibility.
- Ensure staff have appropriate access to information systems while maintaining accurate maintenance records to support effective decision-making.
